New plan
What are you training for?
Pick the kind of training that fits where you are in your year.
Race plan
Train for a race
A structured plan that peaks for a specific race — 5K to marathon. Includes quality sessions, taper, and race-day execution.
Training block
Aerobic base block
An 8–12 week HR-capped block to build aerobic strength. Run longer and faster at lower heart rates. No race required.
Training block
Speed block
A short 6–8 week block to sharpen your top-end. VO2 intervals, threshold reps, and hills — tracked by a 5-minute time trial every 3 weeks.
Not sure which to pick? A base block is great between races or when you've plateaued. A speed block sharpens an existing aerobic base. A race plan is right if you've got a specific event on the calendar.
